This June and July, the Gene Siskel Film Center, 164 N. State St., will celebrate Judy Garland to mark the 100th anniversary of her birth (June 10, 1922).
The Judy Garland Summer Centennial Retrospective will involve showing Meet Me in St. Louis (June 1 and 4), The Clock (June 8 and 11), Easter Parade (June 15 and 18), In the Good Old Summertime (June 22 and 26), Summer Stock (June 29 and July 2), A Star Is Born (July 6 and 9), The Pirate (July 13 and 16), Judgement at Nuremberg (July 20 and 23) and The Wizard of Oz (July 27 and 30).

NOTE: As a public program of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Gene Siskel Film Center continues to follow SAIC's COVID-19 protocols, which include wearing a mask while in the building and providing proof of full vaccination for all screenings and events at the Film Center for all guests 5 and older. |
